Just a 2 minute stroll from a Metro station, Hotel du Square d'Anvers is a cheap and cheerful way to see the city. The staff are polite and friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and it's so close to the centre that you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower from some of the balconies!
